I Face Ruffles Chips Contamination After Finding Insect in Package

On the evening of April 22, I purchased a pack of plain Ruffles chips from a nut shop located on General Tevfik Sağlam Street in Etlik, Ankara. The product’s expiration date is listed as June 31, 2026. While eating the chips, I discovered a foreign substance inside the package that appeared to be an insect.
This situation was extremely disturbing and caused me to completely lose trust in the product in terms of hygiene and quality standards. Finding something like this in a sealed food product raises serious concerns about production and safety controls.
I have not yet contacted either the seller or Ruffles regarding this issue, and I still have the product in my possession. I request that the product be collected and examined in detail, that I be informed of the results in writing, and that I receive a formal apology along with a clear explanation of how such a serious issue could occur. Additionally, I expect a full refund and appropriate compensation, such as a replacement or complimentary product. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously and handled with urgency.
