I've called the service team multiple times. They've come, checked the settings, and left. Then they came again and left. Later, they said the thermostat needed replacement, which they did a week later. However, the same problem persisted and even got worse - nothing changed.
I called again, and they came back, placed some device inside the fridge, removed it after 4 days, and promised to get back to me, but I've heard nothing since.
When I asked a service technician how I'm supposed to use the fridge with all this water damage, he simply said there's nothing to be done and that I should just keep using it as is.
I've been a loyal customer, even convincing my mother to buy Profilo appliances, praising them as if they were family heirlooms. Now I regret it. I need an urgent solution.
