Profilo Has Not Sent The Refrigerator For 30 Days

It's been a month and I still haven't received my Profilo refrigerator. It was purchased as a Mother's Day gift, but it has yet to arrive, despite the fact that Father's Day has passed (there have been 36 days in between). They have not even delegated responsibility to the logistics company. I called every number I could find for the factory, the headquarters, the sales department, the logistics department, and customer service. I tried emailing them, but all they say is that they are urgently looking into it, that they have created a request, and that they will get back to me as soon as possible. I sent emails to their addresses. On the other hand, no one has bothered to contact me even once.
