Your company has caused us significant distress during the past month. How can I trust the installation of a machine that your service couldn't handle? How can I be certain that the machine is properly manufactured and won't malfunction again? Instead of using polite language, your customer representatives should focus on resolving this issue promptly. The place where I purchased the machine is even demanding additional payment, claiming that prices have risen. Is such a claim even reasonable? I urge you to empathize with our situation and rectify these unreasonable problems as soon as possible. If not, I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Authority.
