Profile Refrigerator Complaint - Sticky Residue and Electrical Leakage Ignored


I bought a fridge from Profile, which was delivered on April 19, 2024. After the delivery, the authorized service came and installed it. The blue tapes applied to keep the covers in place were removed. However, residue from the tape remained on the upper cover. When my mother mentioned this, they said, 'if you wipe it with a damp cloth, it will go away,' but this method did not work. On the fifth day when I visited their house, I tried as well, but wiping it again caused the residue to leave marks on the cabinet. Moreover, we detected an electrical leakage on the upper cover of the fridge. Despite reporting these issues to the authorized service, they dismissed my mother's concerns, attributing them to 'touching with wet hands' and 'the house being old,' and said, 'we will get back to you.' After waiting for four days with no communication, nobody took any action until I called. Today, upon our call, Profile demanded payment from us for replacing the covers. They want payment for replacing the covers that have marks on them due to directly applied residue we tried to clean. Even the protective films inside the fridge were not removed yet. When I called, they claimed it had been five days since the cabinet was delivered and they believe we caused the residue. They refuse to make the replacement and demand payment. Now, we have created another call request for the electrical leakage, but I doubt they will address it. I demand not only the replacement of the covers but also the replacement of the cabinet itself, and I am filing a complaint about this matter.
