My biggest brand regret. I have never experienced the same problems with any brand that I experienced with this brand. I'm very regretful. Unfortunately, fame is not quality; they showed us this abundantly. I bought a refrigerator a bunch of years ago. The first problem I experienced was icing and noise. The fan of the cabinet was replaced, the sound disappeared, but the icing continued. Then the icing problem got worse and became ridiculous. A freezing problem started in my closet (I don't call it the freezer, I draw it when I examine the cupboard part). Soda bottles exploded and froze the can. The service came regarding the issue, the thermostat was mentioned as the problem and the thermostat and plate were replaced. A month has passed and our freezing problem has increased again. Icing of vegetables and icing on dishes has begun. There is hope again, maybe the service will be started to make the change happen so that this time will not be painful. Because I think they need to replace it, obviously the problem is not in the thermostat but in the refrigerator itself. I requested a change on 3.02.2024. A request regarding the issue was opened, and the service arrived on 5.02.2024. We showed them the frozen products in my cupboard, and they took the necessary notes and left. A day or two later they came to our house, and the thermometers were taken. Measurements were taken in 4-5 days. In these measurements, we even saw -4 values ​​in the cabinet section. If we see it, I think the big company Bosch also sees it. The service guy even said the exact sentence "oh, the fridge is pretty hot". We said that they would probably understand by now that the closet was problematic. Today, exactly one month has passed since the date is 4.03.2024, I have just received a call back. An adjustment has been made to the thermostat. I stated that I did not want it and that I would initiate the relevant legal process. Because I don't want to. How many times should I call the service for the same problem, and how many times should I suffer from freezing, just to hide the fact that a cabinet is a defective product? I could not explain to Bosch the grievance I experienced for 1.5 years and what it meant to store products on the balcony when I had a cupboard. Know this and think twice when shopping with this brand. Don't experience the pain I experienced.
