My Prime Video Account Suspended for "Suspicious Activity"

I’m unable to access my Prime Video account, which has been frozen due to “suspicious activity.” I haven’t been able to reach customer service or access my account to resolve this issue. I would like Amazon representatives to contact me directly to either help me regain access or permanently close the account.
This situation has been frustrating, and I’m requesting immediate assistance to close the account if it can’t be restored. Thank you.
