Amazon Prime Video Billing Irregularity Triggers Additional Unauthorized $5 Charge

While my Amazon Prime Video subscription was only supposed to charge $2 to my card today, I noticed two separate pending transactions on my credit card statement on the same day: $2 under "iyzico *amznprımetr" and an additional $5 under "demirci market". I believe an extra charge was made beyond the expected fee for Amazon Prime Video, and I am deeply uncomfortable with this situation.

Although I contacted Amazon regarding the matter, I have received no response whatsoever so far. I demand that the extra or erroneous amount be investigated, that the $2 fee be refunded to me, and that no further additional fees be taken from my card.

I request that the transactions related to this issue be urgently reviewed, the problem resolved, and that I be provided with an official update.
