I purchased 12 lessons on Preply with a subscription, but I only attended 6 lessons. I canceled the remaining lessons and I am requesting a refund for them. I was told that the remaining lessons can be transferred to another tutor, but I do not want this option. I no longer wish to use the application or take lessons. Therefore, I request that the payment for the canceled lessons be refunded to my bank account. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights, file a formal complaint, and if necessary, take this matter to court.
