Preply has withdrawn nearly ₺35,000 from my account without my knowledge or consent! This is an unacceptable and illegal act. Trusting Preply was clearly a mistake, as such unauthorized transactions are a serious violation of consumer rights.

I demand an immediate refund of the entire amount. If Preply fails to resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Rights Board and pursue all necessary legal actions against the company. This situation is deeply frustrating, and I expect Preply to take responsibility for their mistake. Return my money without delay and ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I await your urgent response.
