I purchased a weekly subscription from the Postegro app specifically to view private profiles, but it doesn’t work at all. The app never loads or functions as promised, making the service completely unusable. I want my subscription canceled immediately and a refund of the ₺200 I paid. I expect a prompt response to address this issue, as it’s unacceptable to pay for a service that fails to deliver. If not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities for further action.
