I Bought Postegro Membership but It Didn’t Work and Now It Wants Me to Pay Again

I signed up for a one-week Premium membership on the Postegro app, expecting to access private content as advertised. But the membership was completely useless—I couldn’t view anything. None of the pages loaded or gave me access to what I paid for. Thinking it might be a glitch, I deleted and reinstalled the app. I had already canceled the membership, but I wanted to give it another try. Now, the app is asking me to pay again. So not only did I waste money on something that didn’t work, but now it’s trying to charge me a second time for the same failed service. This is incredibly frustrating. I feel scammed and misled. I’m asking for immediate support and a full refund. Postegro needs to fix this issue and stop charging users for a service that doesn’t deliver anything.
