I Paid for Postegro But It Doesn’t Show Private Accounts as Promised

On May 19, I purchased a subscription from Postegro after reading online that the app could show private Instagram accounts. That claim turned out to be completely false. The app does not display private profiles as advertised, making it a complete waste of my ₺200.
This is blatant false advertising, and I feel deceived. I paid for a feature that simply doesn’t exist. Postegro took my money under misleading pretenses, and now I’m left with an app that serves no purpose. I immediately request a full refund of the ₺200 that was withdrawn from my account.
If I don’t receive a resolution quickly, I will exercise all of my legal rights. This is not just disappointing—it’s unfair and unacceptable. A company should not be allowed to collect payments based on fake promises. I expect immediate action and my money returned.
