I Paid for Postegro but It Won’t Show Private Accounts Unless I Follow Them

I purchased the Postegro app solely to view a private Instagram account, which is exactly what the app advertises as its main feature. I paid ₺385 for a membership, but instead of providing access, the app tells me, “This profile can’t be viewed because you don’t follow it.” If I were already following the account, why would I need this app in the first place? It makes no sense and feels like a complete scam. I paid for a feature that simply doesn’t work as promised. I demand a full refund of my ₺385 and the immediate cancellation of my membership. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to file an official complaint. This kind of deceptive service is unacceptable.
