I Paid ₺391 for Postegro Package but Private Profiles Didn’t Open and I Got Nothing

I purchased a ₺391 subscription package from Postegro expecting to gain access to private Instagram profiles, as promoted in their app. However, after payment, none of the profiles I tried to view were accessible. The system either gave no response or displayed errors, and I was left with absolutely no service in return for the amount I paid.

This is completely unacceptable. I feel misled and scammed. After researching online, I found that I’m not alone—many other users have reported the same issue. It’s clearly a widespread problem, and the company continues to collect money without delivering what they advertise.

I demand a full refund of the ₺391 I paid, and I want my membership canceled immediately. If Postegro doesn’t respond and resolve this promptly, I will escalate the matter to legal authorities. Fix this now to prevent further victims.
