I Paid for Postegro but It Won’t Show Private Profiles Unless I Already Follow

I downloaded and paid ₺390 for the Postegro app to view a private Instagram account, which is exactly what the app claims to offer. But when I tried to use the feature, it told me, “This profile can’t be viewed because you don’t follow it.” That completely defeats the purpose of the app. If I were already following the private account, why would I even need Postegro? This is clearly misleading and feels like I’ve been scammed out of ₺390. I got absolutely nothing in return for what I paid. I want a full refund immediately and my membership canceled without delay. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint. Companies shouldn’t be allowed to charge users for features they don’t deliver.
