I Subscribed to Postegro but Can’t View Private Profiles and Was Charged ₺249.99

I signed up for a Postegro subscription expecting to access private Instagram profiles as advertised. However, after being charged a total of ₺249.99, I realized the app doesn’t work at all. Every time I attempt to view a private account, it simply fails to load any content. None of the promised features are actually functioning.

This is extremely frustrating and feels like a scam. I received no service in exchange for the money withdrawn from my account. I want a full refund for the ₺249.99 immediately and demand that my subscription be canceled without delay.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action. I’m asking Postegro one last time—either fix this or refund my money.
