I Paid for Postegro Membership But It Doesn’t Show Private Accounts
On May 18, I purchased a membership from Postegro with the expectation that it would allow me to view private Instagram accounts, as advertised. However, the app completely failed to deliver on this promise. Despite paying ₺200, the feature simply doesn’t work—private profiles remain inaccessible.
This is clearly a case of false advertising and unfair commercial practice. I feel cheated and demand an immediate refund of the ₺200 that was withdrawn from my account without delivering the promised service.
If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will take legal action to recover my money. It is unacceptable for a platform to collect payments and offer nothing in return. I urge Postegro to fix this injustice and issue a refund without delay.
