I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Popeyes branch in StarCity Outlet. The cola I was served was overly sweet, flat, and not cold. Additionally, the aluminum foil used for the packaging had a strong, unpleasant odor, which made the meal unappetizing.
The quality of the food was equally disheartening. The bread and chicken were incredibly stale, lacking any freshness. The crispy chicken was undercooked and almost raw in the middle. This subpar quality ruined my dining experience entirely.
I strongly urge Popeyes to address these issues, ensure better food preparation, and maintain the freshness of their products. Immediate improvements are necessary to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.
