My account on the Poloniex exchange got locked and all my coins were suspended on November 10, 2023. I've been having trouble trading and accessing my funds for more than 4 months now.

Every time I reach out to customer service, I keep getting the same automated responses. I was asked to do this KYC verification thing, but I did everything right and it still failed. Can you believe it?

I'm getting really fed up and my losses just keep piling up day after day. Can you please help me get my account back to normal as soon as possible?
