Poco X4 Pro Noise Cancellation Not Working After Update
After installing the latest software update on my Poco X4 Pro, I started experiencing a serious issue during phone calls — the background noise from my surroundings is transmitted loudly to the other person. It appears that the noise-canceling feature has stopped working, and this problem occurs during every call.
I believe this issue began after the software update. I contacted technical support, and they mentioned that the problem might indeed be related to the latest update. My warranty period has expired, and I haven’t made or been charged for any paid service; I only received general information from the support team.
I request that this issue be resolved through a new software update or that technical assistance be provided to fix it.
