Poco X7 Call Ends Automatically After 29 Seconds

I purchased my Poco X7 in February, and since the very first day, I’ve been experiencing a strange issue — during phone calls with certain numbers, the call automatically disconnects at exactly the 29th second. Initially, this problem only occurred with two or three contacts, but after the latest software update about a month ago, it started happening with even more numbers.
The issue appears randomly — sometimes when I call someone for the first time, or contacts I rarely speak to, or even people I talk to daily. To troubleshoot, I tried deleting and re-adding the affected contacts to my phonebook, but the issue persisted.
I haven’t contacted customer service or a technical support center yet. My primary expectation is that this issue will be resolved through a new software update, but if that’s not possible, I’d like it fixed under warranty.
This problem occurs in all locations and only affects voice calls — I haven’t had any other issues with the phone.
