Poco X5 Pro Wi-Fi Apps Not Working, But Mobile Data Works

I’m having trouble accessing some apps on my Poco X5 Pro when connected to my home Wi-Fi, but they work fine on mobile data. I’ve searched online for solutions and even contacted Türk Telekom customer service, but nothing has resolved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a way to make my apps work seamlessly on Wi-Fi. Thank you!
