I recently discovered an unexpected charge of ₺2,817 from PlayStation on my card, and it happened without any notice or authorization. It was only when I reviewed my card statement that I realized what had occurred. Despite sending multiple emails to cancel my subscription, I haven't received any response. I'm seeking a refund for the amount I was wrongly charged.

They charged 2,816 TL to my card under the guise of a membership. Moreover, they have currently suspended the membership and are not allowing me to access anything. There is no one to address my concerns, no contact number available, and they don't respond to emails. There is no resolution, nothing at all. How is this different from cybercrime? I will write to CIMER and any other place I can.
