My Stolen PlayStation Plus Account and Unauthorized Transactions

My PlayStation Plus account was compromised on the 27th, but it was already the 28th by the time I took action. Fortunately, I was able to recover my account after some difficulty. However, significant charges were made on my account using a registered credit card. Despite emailing Sony's Instagram support, all I got was an automated response promising a follow-up that never came. I wouldn't even call it poor customer service; it's almost non-existent. Their support bot immediately dismisses you. Despite the fact that a banking process has been initiated, no one appears to be interested in resolving my problem. My account, which isn't even linked to any other accounts, was compromised, allowing unauthorized access. I have no idea how this happened. I demand that my problem be resolved. I've seen numerous similar complaints, so I know I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction.
