If your PK XD progress disappeared after an update, make sure you didn't switch accounts by accident.
Log out and then back in using the email address and password that was linked to your original game identity.
If you're still seeing a new account with no progress, make sure you registered your account with an email address.
If so, go to PK XD's website and click on "Forgot Password" to change your password and get back in.
If you didn't register an email address or the reset doesn't work, you must fill out the "I lost access to my account" form and send it to support.
Include your full in-game nickname and any purchase invoices that you may have. The team will then try to recover your data.
