PK XD Pet Inventory Bug Caused My Rare Pets to Vanish
I play PK XD on my Android phone. About two months ago, I had 3 Baby Bruce pets, 2 Baby Boto pets, 1 Faisca, 2 Baby Pampsve pets, and 1 Baby Tobias pet on my account. I had previously obtained these pets through experience boxes and in-game rewards. However, toward the end of April, even though I did not perform any action, all of these pets suddenly disappeared completely from my account.
I have always logged into the game using the same Android device and the same account. I have never logged in from a different device or with another account. So far, I have also not contacted in-game support or sent any email regarding this issue. Rather than only investigating the problem, I want my missing pets to be directly restored to my account.
The name and code of my PK XD account are Cemro#184285. I request that all of my missing pets be completely restored to the Cemro#184285 account as soon as possible.

PK XD: In the game Fun and Friends, some of my pets were stolen from my account Cemro#184285. I filed a request on Xolvie to have the stolen pets restored to my account, but months have passed and no restoration has been made, and my grievance continues. Specifically, I want the stolen 3 baby Faisca, 4 mount Pamps, 2 baby Tobias, 3 mount, 2 baby Bruce, as well as 2 baby and 6 mount Boto pets to be returned in full to my Cemro#184285 account. I do not accept that after such a long time there has been no response to my issue and my request has not been fulfilled. I demand that all these stolen pets be fully restored to my account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will state that I will take steps to contact the relevant authorities regarding both PK xd and Xolvie to ensure the necessary actions are taken.
