PK XD Bug Deleted All My Pets, Pamp, and Boto Items After a Trade

At approximately 12:20 PM today, I experienced a serious bug in PK XD that caused all of my Pamp, Boto, and pet items to disappear from my account. Before the issue occurred, I had obtained several Pamp and Boto items through in-game trading and had spent a considerable amount of time building my collection.

While checking my pets, the game suddenly glitched and became unstable. I was forced to exit the game because it was no longer functioning properly. When I logged back in, I discovered that all of my pets had been reset and that my Pamp, Boto, and other valuable items had completely vanished from my account.

After noticing the issue, I tried to contact in-game support and look for other support channels, but I was unable to reach any representative or receive assistance. Because I could not find an effective way to report the problem directly, I am submitting my complaint here.

I respectfully request that PK XD investigate my account and review the events surrounding this apparent system error. All of the Pamp, Boto, pets, and other items that disappeared were earned through gameplay and trading, and I would like them to be restored in full. I ask that my account be examined as soon as possible and that the losses caused by this bug be corrected without delay.
