PK XD Afterverse Flicker Stick Not Working and Missing Costume

I play the game Afterverse on an Android tablet, and I have been experiencing an issue with the Flicker Stick item since the day I purchased it. The special feature of the Flicker Stick does not work at all, and in addition, the Flicker costume that should have been included was never delivered to my account. I have not yet been able to reach in-game customer support, but this issue has remained unresolved since the purchase. I request that the functionality of the Flicker Stick be properly activated and that the missing Flicker costume be added to my account as intended.
