I Paid for a PK XD Character for My Daughter But Didn’t Receive It

I purchased a character in the PK XD game for my daughter, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my account—but the character was never delivered. This app completely lost my trust. My daughter loved playing this game, and now she’s left disappointed and confused. In the beginning, everything worked fine—whenever we bought a character, it would show up in her account without any issues. But now, it seems like the system is broken or they're just ignoring users who paid. I paid real money for something we never received. PK XD, fix this immediately. Either deliver what we paid for or refund the money. You can’t take people’s money and give them nothing in return.
