Paid for Tiki and Plack Characters in PKXD, Did Not Receive Them

I purchased two characters, Tiki and Plack, in the PKXD game, and the payment was successfully charged to my card. However, the characters were not delivered to my account. Despite the transaction being completed, I am left without what I paid for.
I am requesting either an immediate refund for the amount charged or the addition of the characters to my account. After experiencing this issue, I discovered that many other users have faced similar problems with PKXD.
This is extremely frustrating, and I regret not researching beforehand. I demand that PKXD resolve this issue promptly to restore trust in the game. Customers deserve reliable service and the products they pay for.
