Paid for PKXD Kitty Set but Only Received 1 Pet—Requesting Refund

I purchased the Kitty Trio set in the PKXD game for ₺97.99, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, instead of receiving all three pets as promised, I only got one pet. This is extremely frustrating, especially since my child has been eagerly waiting for the complete set. After researching, I’ve discovered that others are experiencing the same issue. Despite paying the full amount, the game is not delivering what was promised, leaving me deeply disappointed. I demand a full refund for this purchase or the immediate delivery of the missing pets. PKXD must fix this recurring problem to prevent further frustration for its users.
