Pierre Cardin Rejected My Warranty Claim After My Jacket Failed Twice

I recently purchased a black quilted Pierre Cardin jacket from Piazza Mall. Although I have worn the jacket only twice, the fabric has already developed obvious deterioration and visible quality issues. Because this problem occurred in such a short period of time, I submitted the product to the company for a warranty inspection.
Despite the clear condition of the product, my warranty claim was rejected. I find it unacceptable that a brand like Pierre Cardin, which has been in the market for years and promotes itself as a quality-focused company, can treat its customers with such a careless and unresponsive attitude. Refusing to take responsibility for a product that deteriorated after such limited use raises serious concerns about the brand’s quality standards and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I should not have to pay for a product, wear it only twice, and then experience fabric damage and quality problems. This situation does not match the product quality or the corporate image that Pierre Cardin claims to represent. I believe the jacket is defective, and I consider the decision to reject my claim completely unfair.
I request that my jacket be inspected again, this time with proper attention and a more detailed evaluation, and that the product be replaced to resolve my complaint. Otherwise, I am seriously considering exercising my legal rights and sharing this negative experience across relevant platforms.
