Pierre Cardin Pants Developed Pilling After One Wash and Need Replacement

On July 23, 2026, my spouse purchased four pairs of pants from your Pierre Cardin store located inside a shopping mall. I only wore one of the pants and washed it at 30°C using a short wash cycle, as instructed. However, after washing, the pants developed excessive pilling and loose threads throughout the fabric, leaving the product in very poor condition. Because of this issue, my spouse is now hesitant to wear the other new pants, fearing they may experience the same problem.
I still have the original receipt and invoice for the purchase. I believe this issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, and I request that the product be inspected properly and that the necessary action be taken. I ask for either a replacement of the defective pair of pants or a full refund of the purchase price.
