PicsArt Free Trial Complaint and Refund Request
I started a free Pro trial on the PicsArt app using my iPhone. Despite this being presented as a free trial, on January 8, 2026, a charge of $15 USD was added to my mobile phone bill through mobile carrier billing.
I have been financially harmed because I was charged for a service I understood to be free, and no clear approval was given for this payment. I have not yet been able to get in touch with customer support to resolve the issue.
I request that the $15 USD charge added to my mobile bill be canceled through the mobile payment system and refunded to me. If the subscription has continued as a paid Pro membership, I also request that it be immediately terminated.
