Piabet Took Rakeback from Okey Games but Refuses to Pay It Back to Me

I played Okey for days on the Piabet platform, and every single game had a “manu” fee (a cut taken from each table). This fee is supposed to be returned to players later as a rakeback bonus, which is a common practice and one of the reasons many people continue playing.

But Piabet has been refusing to pay out the rakeback that’s clearly owed. They come up with excuses and delays, saying I don’t qualify or claiming technical issues. None of it makes sense — they’re just keeping players’ money by avoiding the bonus payouts they advertise.

This is nothing short of theft disguised as policy. I demand Piabet honor their rakeback commitments and return what’s been deducted from my account. You can’t lure players in with promises and then disappear when it’s time to pay.
