I Can’t Get My Pi Network Account Verified—Step 9 Stuck and Coins Reversed

I’ve been dealing with serious delays and issues during the Pi Network verification process, and it’s beyond frustrating. For weeks now, Step 9 has remained orange, and the system keeps showing a vague message: “KYC requires deeper review.” That’s all I get—no timeline, no support, no explanation.

What makes it worse is that my spouse’s account got verified, and their Pi coins were successfully transferred to the wallet. But just two days before the full unlock, the coins were pulled back and Step 9 turned orange again—out of nowhere.

This is causing a lot of uncertainty and anger. We followed every rule and completed every step. I demand transparency and support. Don’t make users wait indefinitely with no communication. Fix the Step 9 issue and restore the coins immediately!
