I Completed KYC on Pi Network but My Pi Coins Were Removed Before Wallet Activation

I’m extremely frustrated with Pi Network. I had successfully completed all KYC steps, and my mined Pi coins had already been transferred to my wallet. Everything was verified, and I was just hours away from being able to use my Pi coins. Then suddenly, Step 9 of the KYC process turned orange again, as if it hadn’t been completed.

Without warning or explanation, my Pi coins were pulled back from my wallet—even though I followed all the rules and submitted every required verification. Nothing changed on my end. I didn’t receive any email, notification, or warning about this. Now I’m stuck in limbo, and I have no idea what more is expected from me to regain access.

This feels completely unfair after all the time I invested in this project. I’m asking the Pi Network team to urgently review my case, reactivate Step 9 properly, and return my Pi coins to my wallet. If everything was verified once already, I shouldn’t be penalized without cause.
