I’m seriously disappointed with the lack of support and transparency from Pi Network. My Pi coins were successfully transferred to my wallet at first, but then I was suddenly asked to complete a 2FA (two-factor authentication) verification. Because of this request, my Pi coins were pulled back without warning. I immediately completed the 2FA process as instructed, expecting the transfer to resume afterward.
Unfortunately, it’s been a long time, and nothing has changed. My coins still haven’t been returned to my wallet, and Step 9 on the KYC verification screen has reverted back to orange. I’ve emailed the support team twice already and received no response at all. This kind of silence is unacceptable—especially from a project of this size, which claims to prioritize its community.
People have invested years of time and effort into mining Pi, only to be left in the dark like this. It makes users lose trust in the entire system. My username is k*. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and restore my coins to my wallet. Please respond and fix this before more users are let down!
