PhotoGrid VIP Subscription Purchased Accidentally by Child

I am writing about an unwanted VIP subscription in the PhotoGrid: Video Collage Maker app on my Infinix Note 30 5G. The VIP plan was purchased through the Google Play Store using GCash, but I did not knowingly approve this payment because my child was playing with my phone at the time. Later, I noticed that a VIP subscription had been activated and that 1,990 pesos had been charged, which is my family’s allowance. When I realized this, I cancelled the subscription, but the payment had already been taken and I did not use the VIP features knowingly or intentionally. Because this purchase was made accidentally by my child and not by me, I request a full refund of the 1,990 pesos and the cancellation of any related VIP charges. I kindly ask you to review this situation and help me recover this amount so that my family’s allowance is not lost due to this unintentional purchase.
