InShot Pro Yearly Subscription Charged By Mistake

I am writing regarding an unwanted InShot Pro yearly subscription on the InShot Android app that was mistakenly purchased by my child on 28 February 2026 via my Google Play account registered in Zambia. The subscription was charged to my bank card without my knowledge or approval. As soon as I noticed the charge, I submitted a refund request through the Google Play Store on 1 March 2026, but this request was denied. I then sent an email to InShot support at [email protected], but I am not sure if this is the correct address and I have not yet received any response. Since this subscription was made by a child by mistake and I do not want or use the Pro features, I kindly request a full refund of the yearly InShot Pro fee and the cancellation of this subscription so that it does not renew in the future. I would appreciate your support in resolving this matter as the charge was not an intentional purchase by me.
