PhotoGrid Trial Turned Into Unauthorized Subscription Charged via ShopeePay
I am writing to report an unauthorized subscription charge related to the PhotoGrid Android application. I only used PhotoGrid as a trial to edit work photos and I am sure that I did not intentionally subscribe to any paid plan. However, on 4 June 2025, my balance was suddenly deducted by 587,170 through ShopeePay, and because there was no balance in my ShopeePay at that time, the amount was finally taken from my Seabank account. The Google account I used for this trial was karim***[email protected]. This situation is very distressing for me because the money that was deducted is what I rely on to cover my daily living expenses, and it disappeared suddenly even though I did not agree to continue any subscription. I only intended to try the app, not to purchase a long‑term plan. I kindly request that this subscription be cancelled and that a full refund of 587,170 be processed back to my Seabank account that was charged via ShopeePay. I hope this issue can be handled urgently because I really need that money for my basic needs.
