I Face SnapEdit AI Billing Issue With Charge Without Consent
On March 21, 2026, I was charged 66,600 for a one-month subscription package to SnapEdit AI through Google, even though I did not provide my consent for this purchase. I never approved or intentionally subscribed to this plan, so I consider this charge to be unauthorized.
After noticing the charge, I contacted SnapEdit AI support to request clarification and a refund, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating.
I am requesting that the full amount of 66,600 be refunded to my Google account balance immediately. I also ask that my subscription be canceled and that any future charges be prevented to ensure that this issue does not happen again.
