PhotoGrid Subscription Charged Without Free Trial on Apple App Store

A yearly subscription to the PhotoGrid app was accidentally activated on my iPhone through the Apple App Store after I tapped the wrong option, and I was charged $26 on my card on September 19, 2026. I do not actively use the app and have no intention of using it. Furthermore, although the app advertised a three-day free trial, I was charged immediately without receiving any trial period.

As soon as I noticed that I had accidentally started the subscription, I canceled it immediately, without using the app and only a very short time after the charge. Despite this, I have been left at a disadvantage because the subscription still appears as an active annual plan valid until September 19, 2027, and the payment has already been collected.

I request the immediate and complete cancellation of this accidentally activated annual subscription, a full refund of the $26 charged to my card, and written confirmation that this subscription will never be renewed in the future.
