PhonePe UPI Payment Deducted but Not Credited to Parimatch Account
On March 26 at approximately 6:31, I made a payment of ₹1001 via PhonePe UPI to add funds to my Parimatch account on the Game WPP platform. The transaction UTR number is 119406732689. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, the transaction on Parimatch was marked as declined, and the funds were never credited to my game balance.
For the past three days, I have been trying to contact customer support, but I have not received any proper response or resolution from either side. My money is currently stuck, even though the payment was successfully deducted from my account.
I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either ₹1001 be refunded to my bank account or correctly credited to my Parimatch game balance without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there has been no response for several days.
