PhonePe Payment of ₹699 Not Refunded by A1 Desi Chicken Centre

My name is Sunita Malli** and I am writing about an issue with A1 Desi Chicken Centre in Tangi, Khurdha, Odisha, PIN 752023. Today I made a UPI payment of ₹699 from my ICICI Bank account for a purchase at this shop. After this transaction, the amount of ₹699 was deducted from my account, but I have not received my money back. I shared my PhonePe number 95565800** and informed them about the issue, yet the amount has still not been refunded to me. I request that A1 Desi Chicken Centre urgently check this UPI transaction and refund my ₹699 to my PhonePe/ICICI account as soon as possible.
