Refund My PhonePe Payment

On 6-5-2026, I attempted to make a deposit of ₹6000 through PhonePe, using my Axis Bank account. The transaction was shown as complete in UPI but not reflecting in parimatch account The UTR number for this transaction is 300005833378. After noticing the issue, I contacted parimatch support on 7-5-2026 and was instructed to create a ticket. I followed this instruction and created a support ticket with ID 99213312. Since then I have not received any email, SMS, or clear in‑app response, and the deducted amount has still not been refunded. I request that the ₹6000 from this failed deposit with UTR 300005833378 be refunded to my original UPI source as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed once the refund has been processed.
