PhonePe Failed UPI Transaction Not Refunded
I am writing to report a failed UPI transaction issue related to my NSDL Payments Bank–linked PhonePe account. On 02 March 2026 at around 8:27 AM, I made a UPI payment of ₹1,200 through PhonePe, and the transaction shows as failed with UTR 326401586633. Despite the failed status, the amount of ₹1,200 has been debited from my account and has not been credited to the beneficiary. This problem has been continuing for 4 days and the amount has still not been reversed to my account. I contacted PhonePe support regarding this issue, but the problem remains unresolved and my money is still stuck. I request that the debited amount of ₹1,200 for the failed transaction with UTR 326401586633 be refunded back to my account as soon as possible and any related issues on this transaction be resolved promptly.
