PhonePe Failed UPI Transaction Not Refunded
I am writing to report a failed UPI transaction issue related to my NSDL Payments Bank–linked PhonePe account. On 02 Mar...ch 2026 at around 8:27 AM, I made a UPI payment of ₹1,200 through PhonePe, and the transaction shows as failed with UTR 326401586633. Despite the failed status, the amount of ₹1,20
