I Face Failed PhonePe UPI Transfer To SBI Bank Account

I made a UPI transaction of ₹4,500 through PhonePe on 3 May to an SBI bank account, but the money has still not been deposited. The transaction reference/UTR number is 736410902089. The amount has been debited from my side, yet it has not been credited to the intended SBI account. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that either the money be immediately refunded to my bank account or successfully deposited into the intended SBI account, and that I be informed clearly about the resolution.
